Car and driver are not good quality. Price changes from the first page to the actual booking.

Even if you book ahead of time the ride is not confirmed! If they don’t match with a driver you will not find out until you call them 90 minutes before the scheduled time. Their customer service is terrible and even after a driver showed up 2 hours late and then proceeded to drive dangerously they were indignant. Would not recommend this app to anyone!

Is the app broken? 1) Can’t enter exact pick up and drop location 2) Current and past bookings not showing up I have to call customer care Everytime I need to book a cab. Disappointed.
