This app is functional enough to build your semi custom katana, if you want to build a Tanto you’ll have to use the katana features then simply specify to the company it’s a Tanto order. After you build your Katana, Wazishaki or Tanto you can get a view of h thy he finish product which allows you to make any last minute changes. It’s difficult to control the 360 degree view on a smartphone, worked better on my ipad and probably better on your computer, but we’ll enough on either to see what the finish product looks like. Lastly you can save your builds to your wish list and view either with or without the weapon sheathed. Great customer service as well, very responsive even if your a bit anal (perfectionist) like myself.

I only downloaded the app a few days ago and before I did I read the reviews on it and a lot of the reviews said that the app crashes a lot, however when I use it there’s no crashing what so ever so it seems like there were bug fixes. Though the app will SOMETIMES take long to load probably 3min is the most you would wait. Overall it could use a bit more bug fixes but other than that you got yourself a pretty good app were you can literally customize/create your own katanas and actually buy them.

I just downloaded the app and it’s cool. I like how you can look at it as a preview and really see the designs of the parts. I like how it gives detail on what the parts do. Few issues I have is that the app keeps crashing after I hit a part and try to zoom in or change the camera angle. I think it would be cool to have an option to choose colors for the blade too. It’s cool but could use some improvements
