Scam app ? disappointing & Unprofessional !
I placed a booking and paid upfront, and just to double check I confirmed with the Salon I picked through their IG page that had a contact number. Surprisingly, the salon said “sorry we are fully booked and your booking is not valid!” Even though on Salony’s app there were like 4 time slots to choose from !!! I was not even last booking slot available!! I cancelled my appointment via Salony and was not refunded yet!! I DO NOT WANT CREDIT ON MY SALONY SCAM APP WALLET! It is my right to be refunded!! I Sent an email they did not reply and I took their number from the Salon, phone is off and no one replies to whatsapp messages. I will file a complaint through the Consumer Protection Commission. Minus Star rating if I could!!

Very bad , unprofessional, beginner company
I booked an appointment the 15 feb and paid online 26dinars no one come to my home for the service I paid. The customer service promised me to have my money back in 3days , and contact me by WhatsApp but after many days I’m still waiting they contact me !!!! I’m still waiting more than 2weeks . They’re not caring and unreachable, and seems decided to ignore me. Don’t use this app it’s a very very disappointing, if I can put 0 star I’ll do it . Such shame and unprofessional and they BLOCKED ME!!!!

Good idea
But the app is not working right. I booked an appointment and it wasn’t confirmed and no one contacted me and no one came to me!
