Safe Home Security

We’ve had agents hang up on us, tools us months to get online access to the app, can’t cancel the service without some obscene fee. Outrageous customer service, awful, had a lady tell us we were too much to handle and hung up. Another guy picked up the phone laughing and acted like we were bothering him. As soon as this contract is over we are cancelling immediately.

I was enjoying the convenience of the Safe Home Security app until the technician replaced my 3G circuit board with a 4G version a few weeks back. Since then, the app has not functioned as designed, which is frustrating to put it politely. So far, I have not been able to speak with a human being about this matter.

Have had the app for 2 years, but it has never worked. Secure Connection Error cones up every time I try it no matter where I am. It does show me my sensors’ statue correctly though which makes no sense. Horribly written app. Called about it and had to have a tech come out to check my system. Found nothing wrong except something wrong with the registration and it had to be fixed back at the home office.
