The latest update was the worst ever. It was perfectly working before it. After updating it two days ago it’s slow, too many errors massages for my request. Login is a torture & making transfer is another impossible issue with too many errors & failure & try again later massages!!!

I am content with most of SABB’s banking services and solutions. Having said that, the SABBMobile app completely fails to meet expectations. The app services are immensely limited; only the most basic services are offered. The app is outdated and is desperate for overdue enhancements to keep with the times. Essential features like credit card and loan applications, HSBC Tadawul services, SABB banking products, chat support, interest calculator, partner offers/discounts and other essential features could help transform this app from its current state to a modern “smart banking” option.

The extra star is given only to admit that this current App is considered as a major improvement compared to the stone age one that preceded it. Nevertheless, it won’t exceed 2 stars bu any means. This App is still slow, inefficient, and full of bugs. They tried to make the GUI fancy and user friendly, yet it turned out to be sluggish and painfully slow. The matter of the fact is, all Saudi banks Apps are great, efficient, and do provide a wealth of information to its users. SABB insists on treating its clients like kids, where they always obscure information. In fact, we do this with kids when the info is age restricted. SABB on the other hand does this on purpose to prevent you from leaving their cage of greed.
