Alinma’s app is one of the most user friendly I’ve seen in the banking industry! Whether to check balances, conduct a transfer locally or internationally, or to make payments, it can be easily and in a manner that is safe and secure.
I would recommend the app (and the bank) to all my clients and contacts.
Keep up the great work and innovation Alinma team.

For two months in a row I got issue with using the credit card when travelling. The bank will freeze using the credit card for at least one day until they refresh the system with your monthly payment, even thu I have credit line that I can use ! First time I was travelling and the card got declined while shopping in Europe, luckely I have other bank cards to use. Lately too, I couldn’t use the card for some days also while travelling ! So if you use their credit card in travelling, be ready for their freezing days each month which can put you in bad situations. First time I see this bank system, I used many banks, but this system is bad and put your costumers in bad situations. Since there is credit line, let you costumer use the card without stopping or freezing it each month. I would shift to another bank credit card until they solve this problem. They are good bank but this problem is really annoying.

I am one of the old app users hype and loved everything about it as it was really so easy to use especially the face recognition login but this one is just terrible and asking to put password every time as I don’t like to choose the option of remember me for more security then i need to press many options just to see my last 10 operations in the account or do a simple task of transferring money .. I don’t need beautiful front i need functional with easy access to everything in a clear directions. Hope we can get back to old version asap.
