There are so many good features in this app. I love the focus on the Mediterranean diet. I love that it attracts protein, fiber, vegetables, nuts, seeds, fruit, etc.. that definitely helps me stay focused on eating well. I love that I can take photos of the foods I’m eating. I love that it searches the restaurants I’m at. However, the calorie and nutrient information is off so much of the time. I use this information to help me portion control through the day. However, that’s very challenging when it’s most often underestimates, calories fats and carbohydrates.
