Samuel helped me with a tricky issue of updating my phone number and getting unblocked within minutes. He waited patiently while I was updating the app, uploading documents, excellent customer service

I made a mistake booking the with the location and worried about last minute change of plans for bike rental, called the help desk and Aamir khan went above and beyond and stood with me throughout the call and made the reservation possible.. kudos to such lovely person making this booking and my trip so memorable

I had issues with my form of payment and could not pay online, I therefore decided to go directly to the Indiranagar location, not expecting much. This is where I met Agil and his team who dropped everything they were doing to help me. This was a Saturday evening close to end of day but still Agil showed true care and professionalism to resolve my issue, which he did resolve! This allowed me to rent a motorcycle and explore the Bangalore area! This is my first time in India, when I come back I’ll definitely choose Royal Brothers again, thank you! :)
