Round Top State Bank

Round Top State Bank is very professional, kind and caring. The bank provids excellent customer service. Sylvia at the Jarrell location is always very professional as well and very courteous.

For what it is, it’s very simple, easy to navigate, not a bad app. For those who are saying it’s bad, they just don’t know how to use it. It is kind of frustrating when it doesn’t let you connect your info for zelle, but with some effort and finagling with the website, finally got it to work. If y’all need someone else to help develop this app for future updates, let me know! I could help make this app as seamless as the chase bank app :)

This app should be simple. You should be able to just log in when you want and see your account info. But instead you are left sitting at the log-in screen furious that your getting an error msg (even though you are very certain you know your log-in information) the app reads this msg; “failed to validate your information, please call this number #.” The number you call leads to a call prompt where there in no option for any help related to my issues. And when you choose a selection the prompt hangs up on you. This app is trash. All I want to do is know my account balance, is that to much to ask.
