As an ROTC Cadet this app does help with some of the basic knowledge that you are expected to know. The acronyms are useful. All of the tactics are hand drawn, this could be improved in an update. Overall the app is not too bad and is a good reference.
You can tell they really tried to make this app as good as they could. It is useful to study off of. That being said there is nothing in this app you don't learn in MSL class freshman year. I would love to something more interactive on the app store or in later versions of this app.
The pictures are hand drawn and repeat sometimes and they abriviate a lot and it's hard to understand if you don't already know what the abbreviations already are. But the info is good I guess and only for .99 it's alright.
