I’ve been using RoofLink for over two years now. Definitely love how they keep updating and keeps on getting better and better. I definitely recommend any salesman in the industry or any roofing companies to use RoofLink . The maps is the best part, strong dates, and& canvassing. it’s really cool that they already have pre made forms, contingency forms insurance contract, templates retail repair proposals.
I’ve been with plenty of different CRM’s over the years and what I have found is that the only way to make a CRM work is to actually train on every aspect. When I first logged in I hated everything about RoofLink because it didn’t do what I wanted it to do, but I sat through a couple of really easy trainings and now I don’t want to switch to any other software. If you think it’s difficult to do something on the app then I most likely thought the same way. Before you give up on it, go do some training and come back. I promise you it’ll change your mind.
IHave worked for a few companies that had apps you would use for your job. This is by far the best one I have used! It keeps all the info you need for customers and jobs at your fingertips in an organized fashion! You are able to draw up a roof , give quotes, cash bids , locate information on storms that have hit areas and many other helpful tools are available! I definitely give it a 5 out of 5
