Rock Crawler

The game is fine to pass time. When you get to the level where you start racing up the different terrain, you never really know where you rack vs the other players. The just says you are in the top x players, but that ranking is determined by the total number of players. I would prefer to know my true rank. That way I would know how many people pass me while I not playing. They keep track of trophies as you complete a trail, using that it would be easy to track your real rank in the game. If I am 3567 out of 900,000, I’m ok with that just want to know my real rank.

So it doesn’t take much to get all the trucks and upgrades. They started this new “Road to Glory” competition that basically puts you against bots. There is no information about what the prizes are if your in the top bracket of or even a countdown timer. It just appeared with the update with absolutely no rhyme or reason. It’s a joke really. You’ll never get to the top 10 in this “Road to Glory” challenge. You might get to the top 20 and then out of nowhere these make believe players start showing up out of nowhere and setting scores that are always about 300 points ahead of you. This happens over and over and the more you stick to it the further down the competition you’ll fall. It’s just a fake ploy to get you to play more. Don’t fall for it. Besides that the hills really don’t change that much and it gets pretty boring, pretty quick. Just another app created by a group that wants to invest as little as possible.

I really did enjoy this game for a while until one of the recent updates. I had my vehicle completely maxed out with 130k dollars because I had nothing else to spend it on. Made it to level 141 and then something happened after the update where I hade to pick a new vehicle but lost all my money and had to start over on lvl 141 with a stock vehicle. The levels I’m on have very steep climbs and rarely have money to collect before you get stuck with a stock vehicle. Not sure what happened but it’s very aggravating to have spent this much time on the game just to get reset at a level where you can’t continue. And to top it all off after reading through a ton of reviews I saw not ONE TIME where anyone responded to a review with any kind of feedback or help at all! This game is going in the trash!
