App functionality changed without notice
The app update 3 days ago (the typo in the description “chances” instead of “changes” says it all) apparently logged me out and now the instructions posted on the rcps website no longer apply and i can’t see kid specific info anymore only subscribe to general notifications. Putting in my phone number or email on file with the school only results in a password prompt but the instructions say no password is required and you will never have to set one. There is no method for setting or resetting the password either. I tried my ParentVue password and that doesn’t work either. There was also no advance notice of this change. Apparently the “bug fix” just added different bugs.
