The app is confusing and a bit hard to navigate. I don’t like that you’re unable to edit or change contact names and info, especially when someone’s number has changed, and it’s been recycled to someone new. We imported all of the contacts from our system database but not all of them show up. It’s also not letting me send pictures or pdf’s in a text. It’d be nice to use a signature to let people know who is responding when it could be anyone from our team. I’d like to be able to schedule a message to be sent at a specific time to help streamline my productivity in advance. Lastly, pre-written templates would also be a nice feature so we don’t have to type full messages/phrases we use often.

It’s super disappointing that this company has a lot of great features but the car quality is below zero absolutely Trash always has issues with connections and the support is absolutely doing nothing about it. It’s truly disappointing that in 2026 a phone company can get away with that battle of service always echo wink and the connection is just terrible terrible terrible on the phone when using the app, especially
