They use a really neat outbound call feature where they use the cellular voice network to place the call while at the same time showing your business number. This prevents using the mobile carrier’s Internet for voice calls. This prevents dropped and laggy calls for they bypass the mobile carrier’s Internet and use the cellular voice network for making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls. At the same time, you get the benefit of using a mobile app. Which is great for logging CRM conversations. They also have integration to various CRM‘s. Awesome product! Their parent company Ringover, has an even better product for larger companies that scale out. I’m a small business so Quickcall is perfect for me, however, if I ever scale out, I can move to that. Both are amazing.
I recently had the pleasure of using QuickTalk for phone call forwarding, texting, and voicemail services, and I couldn't be more impressed. The service itself is seamless and efficient, making it easy to manage communications. What stood out most, however, was the excellent customer service I received. Richard, the representative I spoke with, was outstanding. He was incredibly detailed and knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly without overwhelming me with unnecessary information. His clear speaking voice made the conversation easy to follow, and his patience showed that he truly cares about his customers and their business needs. In addition to the top-notch service, the price is very reasonable, making QuickTalk an excellent value for the features they offer. Overall, I highly recommend QuickTalk for anyone looking for reliable and affordable communication solutions.
I was looking for an affordable and reliable phone service to manage my business without the hassle of carrying two phones, and Quicktalk has been the perfect solution! It allows me to handle business calls professionally while keeping my personal number separate—all from one device. The setup was quick and easy, and my team was able to connect seamlessly without any complicated steps. The call quality is crystal clear, and the features like call forwarding, voicemail transcription, and team extensions make communication effortless. Now, my entire team stays connected, no matter where we are! Another big plus is the cost—Quicktalk offers great value without compromising on quality. It’s an efficient, budget-friendly solution that keeps my business running smoothly. Highly recommended for any entrepreneur or small business looking to streamline communication without breaking the bank!
