Great app for such a short period of time in the market, they offer a premium service with brand new cars which is rare to find in Venezuela. It seems that they also offer a lease to buy system to the drivers which do not seem to exist in the country. Other than that, few bugs during rush hour but overall, a great product that resolves a critical problem.
Terrible customer service, terrible app quality. Paid extra money for a “Premium Ride”, needed for a formal event, got sent a car painted with the ugliest ads all over the car. Tried to talk the incident over with customer support, they did not care at all. No refund, no solution. Got embarrassed at a wedding reception due to these unprofessional, unskilled kids.
I fear i might not be able to update one day i need the service
