Using the app for a long time but noticed that over last couple of months reliability declined. Sometimes for days the app does not pull in the latest status information and all lines show a good service despite announced engineering works for example. Defies the purpose of the app when you have to click the tfl link to double check. Please fix!
This app is next to useless for planning travel on the tube. Today the Met line has had loss of service Rayner’s lane and Moor Park to Wembley Park due to track issues at Harrow on the Hill and this app displayed good service. Hours later we have severe delays but this app still showing good service. Hopeless as you cannot depend on anything it tells you.
Trains don't show they are heading to barking . On the old app which was called tube tracker it showed trains that were going to barking. Could u fix this please thanks
