Rida Driver

I hand a flare wheel while going to a trip then I canceled and indicated vehicle issues or something like on the cancellation menu only to fix it and trying to go online and it say I can’t receive an order so I contacted the support system and they ask me to go to inspection center…..really! With the cost of fuel and my time to waste it on doom thing anyway I switched to other app,went online and started working….Rida just came to business and they have not gained much ground now they want to shoot themself by themselves …. I wish you Understand that few 1m customers and 10 drivers is a bad business…you need more drivers in your system to make good business….i some book a ride from your app and couldn’t get a driver each time they will delete your app and use the one that has available drivers

This app isn’t a good business app for drivers at all. The developers needs to work on the gps standard and review their prices. Imagine telling a driver to go pick a client from 30min drive away from his location and price will be 2000naira. This is so bad and poor. You guys have a lot to work on to enable driver partners earn well.

Pls fix this app, it freezes up my phone when using it. Thanks
