I downloaded this app to purchase one of there unlimited plans the one I bought was roughly 30 dollars, I then went to the Cabot Arkansas location,to use the the temporary customer tag that was given to me on the app and after some difficulties one of the employees came over and told me they use a different computer system now, and that they are surprised the app still works, I then went inside and bought the plan I had original bought on the app, so 60 dollars in total roughly, and then they told me to call the Jonesboro location and ask for mike there president, so I could get the plan I bought on there app refunded, I called them only for him to not even be at the location on a business day, unbelievable, don’t download the app don’t waist your money
