Rhombus

I was so frustrated by our old DVR-based camera system and thought “Why isn’t there something like Nest or Ring but for businesses?” Which is how I found Rhombus. At first my low-voltage vendor was dubious about it, but after I convinced him to install it for me he became a fan and is now installing Rhombus systems everywhere. The cameras themselves are great, high resolution, work well in low light, etc. But it’s all the intelligence built into the software that really impresses me. The installation was super fast and smooth, the integration with our access control system was insanely easy, the setup was seamless, the intelligent notifications are actually useful and actionable... I’m really happy to finally have a modern system that functions the way I feel like it should. And I sleep better knowing I have a system that provides enhanced security instead of the “security theater” I had before.

I’m able to quickly view my cameras and determine what is happening at my remote site. The application is stable and does what I need it to do. Love the video wall functionality and people detection, which I have trained over many months given we have many occupants that changes often. I’d love scrubber controls when reviewing individual camera footage.

We’ve been using Rhombus cameras for the past 6 months and are so grateful for them. We appreciate how easy the system is to set-up and use, but how robust the technology actually is. The cameras and sensors work seamlessly and the alerts are extremely customizable and useful. We are much more efficient at managing our security now, thanks to the Rhombus platform.
