I face really worst experience with Rentrip company. At the Time of Booking Company only shows Rent of Vehicle but we have to pay a big amount for Vehicle booking on the name of deposit amount, and then Company do not refund any Amount you paid for deposit. after you call a customer care, at that time companies executive says taht amount is our membership amount and that is non refundable. This type of Fraud is done by Rentrip Company, so don't Rent ant Vehicle form this Compnay. otherwise you lost your all money.
I had a very disappointing experience with RentRip. At first, the booking process seemed smooth, but the real issues began after taking the vehicle. Unfortunately, the customer support team is completely unreliable โ whenever I raised an issue, there was no proper response or assistance provided. What makes the experience even worse is that RentRip does not stand by its customers. If any problem arises during or after the trip, the support team either avoids responsibility or delays resolution without giving clear answers. I expected at least some level of professionalism and accountability, but instead I was left to deal with problems on my own. A rental service is only as good as the support it provides, and in this case, RentRip has failed completely. Instead of RentRip, I would recommend Zoom, as they provide far better customer support and a more reliable experience.
I recently rented a car through Rentrrip, and the experience was far below expectations. Hereโs a breakdown of the issues: 1. Vehicle Condition: The car was in unacceptable condition when handed over to me. It was unwashed, with dents and scratches all over. Additionally, the front tire had a leak, requiring me to fill it every two days, and the battery was weak, causing the car to stall multiple times in traffic. I had to jump-start the battery myself on several occasions. 2. Extra Charges: Despite these issues, I was charged for an entire dayโs rent for being just 30 minutes late. There was also a minor scratch during my rental, and I was charged โน2000 for this, despite the vehicle already being covered in scratches. 3. Refund Delays: According to their policy, refunds should be processed within 24 hours. However, I had to wait 10 days to receive just โน700 out of my โน5000 deposit. This delay and lack of transparency are unacceptable. 4. Customer Service: Rentrripโs customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive throughout. I found them lethargic in handling concerns, leaving me feeling unsupported and frustrated. Recommendation: I strongly advise against booking with Rentrrip. The poor condition of their vehicles, excessive charges, and poor customer service make for an unreliable experience. I hope they work on improving their service and policies to provide a better experience for future customers.
