We booked a Innova 4 months ago in Bangalore as we are traveling from the US and needed a reliable car. Upon receiving the car we realized that the permit was expired and not drivable. After hours of waiting for a new permit approval with 4 kids outside of our hotel, the manager pramisooriith decided to cancel the car. The employee who was delivering the car was trying to help us find another one through the company and the manager pramisoorjith didn't like that and was scolding him in front of me ultimately firing him for trying to help me. Please treat your employees better. This man deserves his job back.
