I just received my order today it took about 8 days but it came hand delivered in beautiful shiny bubble protective packaging. Inside was sealed for added protection I also received for free a calendar of the month of my order so cute and decorative and guess what? It was the receipt ! I feel like enough credit isn't given being I only saw three stars. They really did good by me and I took a chance and was so satisfied !
I've used this app / service before and didn't have any issues with it. I tried to use it to send some birthday cards today and I'm just about ready to delete the app and never use it again. It's absolutely infuriating when you have to close and restart an app to send one card. I even tried on the website and had issues. I will try to give you a few examples of my frustrations, If I don't blow a gasket. First off, logging in was a pain. Told me that I didn't have an account, but was able to log in online no problem. So there's a force close, and restart. Then I select the card I want and try to add a picture, won't let me add the picture and freezes. There's another, force close and restart. After I finally get the pictures I want on it. I try to edit the text... No keyboard pops up, then freezes. You guessed it... Force close and restart. So I think you are getting the idea here. I even tried to delete the app and reinstalled. No luck. Hope you all are having better luck than I. I guess at this point it's easier and less frustrating to go buy a card. Redstamp, get your act together. You have a good thing, don't ruin it. (if it's already not too late.)
This app is a great way to send a virtual card! It feels like a bump up from just a text. And you can really impress by sending via snail mail. Lately the app seems buggy, though. The colors in the ecards sometimes don’t match the thumbnails... like way off. Sometimes I can’t get an ecard to send via email. Then, after I finally get it to send via email, the composition screen doesn’t disappear, so it looks like the email didn't send. But when I checked my sent box and went through and so I just forced closed the app.
