What is the point of this app? They don’t even give anything anymore. Just remove it from the App Store. Why would anyone do this with no incentive?

I’ve been using this since the start of the year & currently have £25 of Cult Beauty points! Really easy to use, great for empty makeup items, tubes & travel sizes/minis. From speaking to friends who have used the app, I think the two main problems people encounter are items being rejected (you need to check the FAQs on eligible products as they don’t take shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles etc), and if you upload a photo from the back of the product - it needs to be taken from the front.

I was so up for this concept but the promises aren’t kept and the very first what should have been eligible item was rejected - a mini empty tube of opalex hair mask. Spent an inappropriately long amount of time filling out the info for the tube, then a wait while they decide whether they want it or not and the empty tube hangs around on the side. Then throw it in the rubbish anyway because they won’t take it. What a shame their bag will also end up in landfill! Not what I wanted. Probably not what they wanted. Waste of time.
