Rapido App

This app is the best. I had a bunch of questions about ordering some food I couldn’t find anywhere else, and the customer service person spent more than two hours helping me with it. Definitely check them out and support this awesome business.

I am super grateful for Rapido. I was able to order products from the local BM that were located in other towns I didn’t have time to spend a day doing. The delivery and ordering process made the experience one I would do over and over again especially as we know how hard things can get in Costa Rica. And the prices and delivery were reasonable. Easy Five stars!

This app has been so helpful so many times, whether we're just ordering pizza for dinner or having a large item brought from San Isidro (which we've done multiple times). Arden (the owner) is super communicative, fair in his pricing, and has gone above and beyond for us before when we ran into complications with a store's payment system not liking our card from the States. He's also super welcoming of feedback and suggestions, which is refreshing in the world of apps (so many just don't care about their users' experience).
