Rapic - Food Delivery

I used to be a frequent customer for rapic but today after a recent update I am so frustruated that my account was logged out and I tried to log it back with my fb account but i need to filled up my detail like first time login user, in fact my account was being formated??????? Is there any problem in the system, so my data being erased? Too bad all my previous purchase history has been erased and i need to fill up a few lengthy delivery address. In shortage of time to fill up those detail i had choose an alternative delivery app. I rather spend my time to review this app instead of refilled my detail in this app. Further, if my data cant be retrieved for next few days attempt, i would iust delete this app.

Many food options to choose from especially Hawker stall food and the delivery person is also polite. The UI can be improved to make it more user friendly but it has the basic information i.e. food options, customisation and price. It also allows you to track the delivery progress; distance & estimated time of arrival. To improve, can allow customers to put remarks e.g less spicy, and also allow the sellers option to change availability of food (if food ran out), etc. Delivery time is between 30 mins to 1 hour, depending on the stalls location. Ordered from them two days in a row and very satisfied with the service and food quality.

Good option with affordable meal, not many apps cover delivery with some famous local hawker like New Sea View and ICC Pudu, which is plus point for Rapic. Will be great if increase the selection of restaurants and extend the area of delivery. Also, will be good to improve on the apps to have more real time tracking of the order as we are unable to know what is the status of order and sometime will need to wait for up till 1.5- 2 hours. Will be good to have live tracking on the order status and customer service as well. There are times that will have difficulty reaching to customer service as there is no reply.
