The customer service is outstanding. They always make things right and reply within minutes. Shelly takes the time to try the clothes on so you can see the fit. She is always there to answer questions on how it might fit you. She tells you her height and weight to compare, which I think is awesome! If you haven’t seen her store, I highly suggest it! I love RM!!

Ranch’n Misfits is a great online store with quality products the western loving gal will enjoy. I have loved all items purchased and will continue to shop with them. The only change I would make to the website would be to filter by availability and size.

I don’t often buy things for myself, from anywhere, but when I do....this is a go to! Love the quality and feel of all the shirts I’ve boughten from RM! Look forward to seeing her posts.
