I bought a few outfits through Rags. I am a loyal not first time buyer, but this particular order was never delivered to my house. I wrote customer service on this matter. They said that because I did not purchase package protection that their was nothing they could do. I was not aware that they offered package protection so my bad on that but these are too expensive to not offer the package protection on every order and then to be told there was nothing they could do was a huge turn off from buying from them again. Not to mention how rude they were.

I was so excited to hear that RAGS finally has an app! A must have for any RAGS addict and perfect for anyone just starting out! This app makes it easy to view all the items that are available from babies to adults. Making a purchase and checking out quickly has never been easier! Thank you Rags!!

I love that my friend told me about Rags. The clothes are easy, adorable, fashionable, and super durable. I never have to worry about clothes shrinking or being destroyed.
