QuickPass Visitor Management

Based on the previous reviews vs. my most recent experience, it looks like most of the bugs have been fixed. I was able to add and remove visitors, update names, etc. pretty easily. It would be nice to be able to deactivate devices for vehicles you no longer have vs. having to add a note.

Please hire a UX designer!! We should be able to access history and easily re-add guests. Should be a setting to always be notified by your preferred method and not have to re-enter with every guest as it is a nice feature to know once a guest has been admitted through gate. Button placement and app navigation is not intuitive or user friendly.

The app now shows previous visitors so you can reuse a previous registered visitor instead of reentering the information - Nice! If you live in a time zone that is + to location you want set the visitor access for - Example your in Europe and visitor access request for a property in America - you can’t set the date time any earlier the the time the device you are using thinks it is. A visitor request for 10:00 can’t be set if it is already 17:00 at your location - Not Good!
