Malfunction
My QuickBucks app has refused to display my active loan.I have been trying to repay the loan for over four days now but it keeps displaying “no active loan”.kindly rectify

Account deactivated
This app is not good at all I was trying to login to it just to repay my outstanding loan before the due date and I forgot my password before I notice they’ll deactivated my QuickBucks account, I messaged the support several times no good feedback I even went to bank to complain too what they said is that before 24hr my account will active, till now since over 2weeks now I can’t access my QuickBucks anymore. It’ll be good if you can try to work on it better. Thanks

This app has stop working immediately I took my first loan I tried to repay everything in the first month but the app didn’t indicate it that have collected loan maybe is because they want to be collecting from my account every month which they have done but has not change till what I see every day in the app is zero and zero
