Loved this app from the start. The ability to have a lifetime purchase alone is outstanding. The amount of widgets here is something other app developers need to pay attention to. The program is awesome. The difficulty does ramp up quick though, so what I’ve done in the past is just reset and build up from a slightly higher level each time I can’t finish a workout “unbroken”. This reset also gives your tendons a chance to catch up, as they don’t recover as fast as muscles do. Great for building your chest and triceps, while strengthening your core without the need for weights. Connects with your apple fitness app where some others do not. Their plank challenge app is good also. Ps. Don’t forget to increase your protein intake. You can track this for free using the app “Cronometer” (which also connects to apple health).
I got the app as part of a New Year’s resolution, and during an update it lost some functionality on my watch(older watch). I contacted customer service, and they immediately responded with care and concern. They showed genuine interest in fixing my problem, and sure enough it was resolved within the day. Wish all tech had service like this to back it up! Thx!!!
This is the first low star rating that I have ever given, but I feel that it must be left. The app itself is very polished and looks good; however, I had an issue after the first day where it did not recognize my body, regardless of the troubleshooting steps that I took so it would not register push ups. I emailed Support and have heard nothing back. Then I lost my pro access for some reason and cannot restore it. I received it through a promotion from the app AppAdvice. And then they grade out the rate app blank from within the app itself, so I had to come to the App Store to find it. If you need a push-up trainer, certainly look elsewhere.
*Puuush* yourself! The app automatically count your push-ups through the camera and there is 4 workout modes: Sequence, Open Goal, Limit, Timer. Det...
