Dont buy there subscription they have fraud sales person who make there fake profiles to chat with paid premium clients, the reason is to show the paid clients that they have many approachable profiles, they have north easter employees who are working on fake profiles. Be aware, if you get any acceptance just ask for video call or audio call, you will understand. 1 more observations, once you paid for premium you will have limited matches but once your premium is finished, you will start seeing new id and profiles. So that you can re-buy the fraudulent program. Shame on you guys.

Poorly designed app and account renewed without my knowledge. There’s no option to cancel membership on the app, one has to send emails to get it done. Didn’t even receive an email from matrimony that my account was renewed.

I have not been getting any significant information in regards searching a suitable match for my son. Everytime I tried I am not getting any information at all. It is not a reliable service. Move to shadi.com. I have been already getting some responses. I have been calling them for last 3 days and there is no answer or you are on hold after a recorded voice your phone automatically hangs up. So disappointed. I wish I can get refund
