Bharat Matrimony® - Shaadi App

This app needs some serious improvements. It opens blank, need to close it and reopen few times to get the data loaded in the screen. I don’t want to add any video, every time I need to close that window, which is an irritant to me and I am sure for other users as well. The mutual matches is not really the mutual matches, it gives you unwanted results even though strict filters applied. Also, I feel like it won’t give you all the mutual match results. Also, I don’t see search results is also working well with all unnecessary results showing up even with filters applied.

I will provide a genuine and honest review based on my experience. I have had the basic plan initially to search for the prospect. I personally feel that most of the data they have is outdated as you barely get response from anyone but then you will have agent reaching out to you asking to get assisted services convincing that you will definitely get someone as there will be an assisted manager assigned will be doing all the hard work for you. I took the services for 3 months paid decent amount. Forget about finding a match i would not even get a chance to speak to any of the prospect out their. Your assisted manager is there for the sake of finding 3 matches every week which they are never able to connect or getting a response from the prospect saying they are not interested. It kept going on for 3 months not a single prospect i was even able to speak forget about anything else. Thats the worst kind of experience i have ever had with this matrimony app. The folks working for the organisation are out there to meet their target they dont care post they get the money out of your pocket. I would recommend Jeevansathi any day over bharat matrimonial. I would give it half star just because they exist.

I have had some bad experiences using apps and sites, but I have to say that this one surely takes the Oscar in how bad the user experience has been. Everything from registering to adding photos took multiple retries. Add to that, when you try to verify your profile things just freeze and then I could not even login to my profile - get a “invalid login information” message - even when using my profile ID for forget password option. Reached out to chat help, and they simply tell you to email to some address for help… then why have chat help?? Needless to say, I am glad I didn’t spend any money and will be promptly deleting this poor excuse of an app.
