ProxyVote: Your Voice Matters

I would never bother to vote in the past as I have maybe a hundred stocks in a managed IRA account; it was just too time-consuming. This app makes it easy. Two requests: 1. It’s hard to find the ones I need to vote. Please have a sort option to put the “unvoted” ones on top. 2. Fix the touch-to-login option. I have an iPad and I’ve checked the box for touch, but I have to enter my password to log in.

This app is really nice and almost makes voting on proxies effortless. Long gone are the days of copying and pasting a control number! The only thing it is lacking is the ability to sort out between meetings that have or have not been voted on. If you have a lot of different companies in your list it is very frustrating to have scroll through the list and look for ones that are missing circles with green check marks. It would be really nice if there were instead two separate lists: one for meetings not voted and the other for meetings already voted. If the app had this feature, then it would be effortless and worthy of a five star rating.

The app makes voting proxies effortless. It would be nice, however, if you had an option to only show un-voted proxies. I have many stocks and scrolling through them to find stocks that have not been voted on is tedious and may cause some to be missed. Being able to list only un-voted proxies would make the process of voting more reliable.
