Very little support, and impossible to reach out to them..... Unless you want to communicate through Twitter.
Sorry friend, going to need a refund. Compatible with iOS but need a Mac to run it.
In my case I have a Control 24 on my HD rig and a Command 8 on my LE rig, and you have to go into Pro Tools > Setup > Peripherals > Midi Controllers and disable either the C|24 or C|8. Then assign your peripherals to HUI and select ProRemote. After that it works fine. I want something that I can just use to control the transport bar with when I am tracking rough vocal ideas in the booth and don't have my engineer sitting behind the controls. If I were you I would just buy iTap for $1.99. All you need it to do (in my case at least) is use the cursor control over your Mac to start and stop recording on the transport. Waste of $7!
