PropStream

The information you get on properties is fantastic. Majority of the time, Propstream is correct. The driving software on the app is horrendous, if you refine your search to include only a certain type of properties, they will all pop up, and you can start driving towards them, however it will not route you in any particular way, it’ll send you all over town, one side to the other and back several times. Also when driving you may have to tap the property 8 or 9 times before it actually saves. Sometimes when you want to start a drive the buttons just don’t work and is unusable. Seems like the app was rushed compared to the website version

Seems to be a very good app but every time I use the Drive function and want it to track me by tapping the little arrow in the lower right corner I get “Location permission denied” even though I have given PropStream permission. Apple is working on it for me because they don’t know the answer either. I downloaded PropStream onto my wife’s iPhone and it does the same thing. Deal Machine works fine. If we can get this issue fixed, I will edit my review to give it 5 stars.

I recently started using the mobile app more and more. Needless to say, it offers a wealth of information whenever I need info on a property on the spot. My feedback is for the Drive feature. I set my filters, drive, the map shows properties, I pull over to the side and tap to bring up the property, tap to Favorite the property, then tap Ok, then tap to close that window of the recently-saved property. Four taps to save a property. The map shows 30+ properties that meet my criteria. I have the filters set, so I will want to save the properties that come up. It’d be so much faster (and safer) if the app auto-saved the properties while you drove around neighborhoods. Maybe have a max or minimum setting. Thanks!
