I don’t know why humber college of Toronto uses this program for virtual exams. Their exam watchers stuck in unreal matters. They only make stress and pressure on the students.

first of all the proctors keep contradicting themselves and give you wrong information in preparing the desk. They should tell you exactly what is needed on the desk like a phone stand and nothing but see through water bottle. Also the proctor app browser is very buggy and slow. Everytime I am typing into the chat to the prctor the cursor jumps on the test screen and spacebar makes it jump questions.. How can this not be tested? very bad quality app not sure how its used in production.

I can’t use the video proctoring using my new phone, only works with my old iPhones. The desktop app doesn’t work with my Mac air, I have to browse a windows system computer from other people. A lot of stress during the exam because of these technical issues. Yes
