Pro Wedding Planner

THIS APP WAS COMPLETELY USELESS TO US and a waste of money! We bought this app because of the description, but were very disappointed as it didn't live up to expectations. One of the main features we liked was the share aspect of tasks, schedule, etc. But discovered that each person of the bridal party that we wanted to share things with had to also purchase the app to see any info. The layout also didn't seem compatible on iPhones compared to an iPad so it made it very hard to find and utilize features, especially a timeline of planning check list (book dj, book caterer, etc)... It doesn't show up in chronological order of when it should happen. It kept a tally of what was 'past due', but wouldn't show or highlight those tasks to bring them to attention invoking a 'what is past due?!?!' Response.

I liked having this app to supplement my to do list. What I like is the ease of keeping track of invites sent, what gifts were received and making sure I get thank you cards out. I also like the ease of moving guests around for the table seating. What I feel could be improved are the following: you can save some of the items to your email as a backup but it doesn't save your table seating list. Also you can't make a table seating diagram without attaching a seating diagram. I wasn't sure how to upload a diagram picture onto my iPad so I wasn't able to use that feature. When you are working on the seating chart, the program counts only the name listed and not the number of guests that they may have which is misleading because you may have a table of six, but the program will only count three if those guests are three couples. It should go by the number attending and not just by the name. Otherwise I think this program is good and helps keep track of your guests and rsvps.

This app comes in very handy. But there are a few things that I would like to see added and changed. As far as additions it would be nice for there to be a state field for the guests for those of us with out of state family and friends. I would Also like to see the ability to take pictures to add to each of the areas so that different possibilities can be viewed later. Being able to add photos to the different elements would also allow for an on the go catalog of receipts and and contracts and such. Also the addition of a seating chart would be nice as well. This app has a lot of what I was looking for but I think it can definitely be better. Add what I have mentioned and you will have a five star app.
