Wedding Planner ‎

The only thing I wish it had was a way to share or assign task to others, and a way to print your timeline, vendor contact list, and other lists so you didn’t have to open the app and show everyone your phone. Has everything you need to plan. Printing instead or in addition to emailing would be perfect! Also, for timeline, where you have vendor listed like hair, it would be nice if it connected it to your hair vendor you have listed so info would show.

Once I got engaged, I considered buying a wedding planning book to help me keep things organized. I’m so glad I decided to look for an app instead! Not only is it a free way to keep my sanity, but I love the way that it gave me a suggested checklist for each month leading up to our big day! That has helped us so much with our guess work! If we don’t like some of their suggestions, we can delete them or add some of our own. We’ve actually gotten ahead of schedule, just doing things as it’s convenient. The way that it shows us what percentage we’ve accomplished of our checklists for each month makes us feel very accomplished! All in all, I recommend it to anyone getting married!

This app is (to my expectations) a great app for the bride / coordinator who isn’t looking to be bombarded with vendors as soon as it is opened. So you simply enter your estimated date & automated checklists get allocated into the months in between. That to me is a wonderful amount of help when you’re new to weddings events in general. If you don’t know how to really “start from scratch” or to organize “only what you need” for the special day. While I did have some tasks put into other months & some things already taken care of, this app allowed me to move the task’s ideal due date & even call it whatever I want (“Practice floral arrangements” in place of “Research Florists”). I could delete tasks that simply didn’t pertain to my wedding style choice. I think it eases the process so conveniently. So you can take it everywhere & do things as you want them. I had previously downloaded a more popular app (The Knot) & I was beginning to feel overwhelmed. Because I am having a more intimate gathering with less of the elaborate traditions/arrangements etc. Highly recommend this for the planner in you that wants everything accessible and flexible to your needs/wants.
