Private Browser (Auto Refresh)

Times out back to splash screen for me unless I’m in low power mode with no other apps open. I paid and it still kept giving me the splash screen. Also, there’s no bookmark feature. Add these and you’ll get 5 stars from me.

I really wanted to love this app, but I’ve run into a significant issue. Even after setting a timer for auto-refresh, the app times out and reverts back to the subscription request splash screen after just a few minutes of inactivity. This happens despite my having purchased the subscription. I’ve reached out to the developer twice to report the issue but unfortunately haven’t received a response. The main reason I upgraded was to remove the subscription request splash screen and to ensure the premium version would stay active with the auto-refresh feature. Unfortunately, this has not worked as expected in version 1.7. If the app functioned as advertised—specifically with reliable auto-refresh to prevent timeouts—I would be more than happy to give it a 5-star rating. As it stands the function of the app after purchasing a subscription is equal to the free version. I plan to request a refund from Apple.
