Premier Smart

So honestly, at first I thought this camera was a cheap piece of crap that I got suckered into buying at Auto Zone by the salesman at Christmas time. I tried to hook it up and I kept hearing the LOUDEST tones and the “ug-oh” sound when it would try to connect to my network and then time out or lose wifi connection. I finally realized I had to configure my wifi manually so this camera could connect to the 2.5 instead of my current 5. I just called xfinity and explained what I was doing snd they helped configure my wifi channels. I have not noticed it slowing down my wifi but do wonder why they can’t make one compatible to 5. I struggled in the beginning but once I read over all the instructions then I stayed patient it’s been great!

I put this in my kids’ rooms upstairs. It was so easy to install that even I could do it in just a few minutes. I’m able to peak in to make sure they’ve gone to bed like I’ve asked them and I can talk to them without having to yell from downstairs. Wish I’d have gotten this sooner.

So Long story short Me and my boyfriend moved into a new apartment during the summer about 6-7 months ago, we have never had any servailence prior, so of course at first I was iffy about it but I would recommend this device, service, and app to anyone I know! The service this app and my camera go through is just absolutely amazing! The app hardly ever crashes but anytime it did there was usually a update for it so it fixed it every time! I have 24/7 servailence that records a month at a time and this app just makes everything so much easier and it's absolutely free!!! I give a 20 outta 10 all day ever day! You wount regret it!
