Precision Plex - Wireless

The app works BUT you can not control temperature settings which IMO is very misleading since your pic specifically shows a “temperature” option. Getting out of a warm bed into a very cold room to turn on the heat in the morning is no fun. First world problem, this I know but it’s a technology I’m sure my husband would appreciate since he’s tasked with tip toeing to the control panel. I’m addition, please update the app to be used vertically.

Downloaded the app and successfully paired it with the RV, and less than 24 hours later, it disconnected and refuses to reconnect again. I’ve tried everything, including deleting and redownloading the app, and absolutely nothing works. I’ve used an app like this in a previous Discover RV (VigaTouch Mira), and there were no issues at all. It worked perfectly the whole trip. Until they drastically improve this app, don’t waste your time.

Do not turn off your iphone or tablet once you establish pairing connection with with Precision Plex app. If you turn off your phone, you will lose wireless pairing from your iphone and pairing will never works even after your iphone power back on. In this case, you need to RESET the wireless pairing at the Main Console of Precision Plex. Press ‘up’ and ‘down’ button together to get in reset mode. Scroll down to pairing reset. Press ‘center’ button to reset. Your motorhome’s power system will be shut down and reset again. Once the wireless pairing is reset, then you can go back to Main menu and select ‘wireless pairing’ with your phone nearby. After pairing is complete, turn your phone off and turn it back on. Your Precision app will be paired. Do NOT use 7” touch screen in your motorhome to do this pairing. It does NOT work with touch screen.
