BMPRO RVMaster - TMC

I have been having issues with accessing the Cloud server via Wi-Fi for weeks now. It looked like the server was back up and functionality restored, but the app generally goes gray after a few minutes. Or, it will show a device I select “turn on”, but in the RV the device does not turn on. Shortly thereafter attempting to turn on, the app goes gray again. This needs to be fixed ASAP. I have no idea if the issue is the app, or the hardware, but one or both need to be fixed. 1 star review until this is corrected.

Please update the app so I can close my kitchen vent lid even when my van is on. It is so tedious having to pull over just to close the lid

The app is very useful but it would so nice if everything was available on the main screen, preferably scrollable for small screens. Currently we have to navigate to the Energy Center, Fans and Vents, etc. from the hidden menu. Then back again via the same hidden menu. It would also be great to have a large home button on all screens to easily go back to the home screen without expanding the hidden menu. Another option would be big (finger sized) buttons for each section (all, not some). Basically, it would be great if navigation was more streamlined, or better yet, unnecessary if everything was on the main screen. Thanks!
