Pray with My Daily Office

Extremely thorough well thought out app with tons of options. The subscription price is 7-8$ a year and has sections you can turn on and off based on your faith style and lectionary from simple to well planned. Each daily (morning noon and night) are hyperlinked to psalms and scripture readings (in a variety of versions). Anyone looking for a meaningful affordable well constructed prayer app this one is a must. It’s free to use in its basic form and offers a trail of the full app if you are curious. You will not be disappointed.

For some reason the app is crashing every time I go try to go to the settings screen. I added the premium trial, but it doesn’t appear to be working (I don’t think it is because the readings from the lectionary are not showing up). But now I can’t go to settings to turn off the premium trial so I’m not charged because it keeps crashing. I would actually probably buy it for the yearly price if I knew it worked well. Thank you so much for the hard work you’ve put into this app! I don’t want to leave a bad review but I also don’t know how to not get charged for it since I can’t turn it off in the settings.

I’ve tried all kinds of prayer/bible reading apps and at least one daily office app. They’ve been okay, but this app is one I actually use. I delight in using it. First, the premium in-app purchase is a must have. I love the 2 year daily readings from the BCP and the rotating collects and benedictions - keeps things fresh. Second, the reminders are unbelievably helpful. Third, I’m repeating myself, but this is an app I actually use which puts it in a class above 99% of the apps on my iOS devices. I’m so pleased with Daily Office and heartily recommend it to you.
