The app used to work pretty well, but has since deleted my log in information. I tried resetting my password, but never got the code. I then created a new log in with my exact info (I had the old info saved on my iPhone password manager) and it let me go forward. Very strange that it doesn’t flag that this is an existing log in and lets me duplicate it. Again, I have it saved from before. Next, when you update your phone number, address, and other info, you have to click the UI quite a few times before anything happens. I cleared my cache and closed the app entirely just to test if the issue was my fault, and sure enough, the problem was still there. As for payments, I don’t know if this is a good thing or bad thing all things considered, but the app will not save my credit card. I’ll type in the info all correct, and then it will say “Token Recognized.” Did somebody forgot to code that response out? Lol. The real kicker is that it never saves your info. I’ve also tried using different cards and they do not work. When you switch to pick up, it says “please go to your profile and add a credit card.” Well…if I can’t update my card info and the token is not being correctly recognized…now what. Lastly, a problem that’s plagued Pratt Abbott for the better part of 3 years. I have an order I dropped off. I have the text. I have a profile at the kiosk. I had/have/used to have everything set up correctly on my phone. What did and does the app continue to say? “You have no orders at this time.” How. Why. When. The people working at Pratt Abbott have always been wonderful and have helped me get my items and find everything that I needed. Why is the kiosk, phone number, and email info all so wildly disconnected? Why are orders never showing correctly? I basically have to manually keep track of when I think an item will be done. Not very handy. Delivery would be neat, but guess what you need to have on file? A credit card. Guess what the app can’t do right now that I had mentioned? Take your credit card info. Exactly. Listen; I get it. Apps are tough to make and even tougher when you don’t have uses paying for them and probably don’t generate much revenue off of them without ads. That doesn’t escape me. But c’mon. This is a pretty bad job.
