I paid £10 for this and the questions are repetitive and limited. They offer 4 high weighted chapter questions and have a small pool of questions to answer from. If you are studying for the pre reg exam save your coins. Do yourself a favour and look at other providers like Brainscapes which is much cheaper and provides a wider variety of questions.
