The app is janky af, but I like it enough to keep using it. It’s helpful to look at my usage data on the various graphs, specifying the mg and brand of pouch, adding friends, and the quit plan. I’m amazed that there are literally zero notification preference settings in the app lol. When I go to settings in the app there are none, besides the ability to change your name—this app could be improved in many ways. I’ve submitted feedback but I’ve never heard anything back from the developers so I have to wonder if this thing is dead in the water or if it’s actively being improved/developed further. Would love to see the improvements I’ve shared with the devs or at least know they’re trying to improve this thing! Good job on what you have so far tho👍
So glad someone finally made this. It’s like a budget for your hits so they don’t start getting out of hand. I was using way more than I thought and not only was it costing me more money, but I can now see the health impacts it was having on my workouts, sleep, and mood. One enhancement recommendation: being able to set a schedule for the day and that notifies you when you’re able to take another pouch. For instance, if I want to limit myself to 5 a day, let me set a schedule to alert every 3.5 hours or so I keep usage consistent and don’t end up over using at the end of the day cuz I used up my allotment too early. Just a suggestion. Love this app!
Let’s be real—most quit-nicotine apps are either outdated, generic, or flat-out useless. Pouch Buddies? It’s the one that actually gets it done. Unlike the bland, one-size-fits-all apps pretending to help you, Pouch Buddies is built specifically for nicotine pouch users. It tracks your progress, money saved, and health milestones like it actually cares. Meanwhile, apps like Quit Genius feel like they were made for chain smokers in the early 2000s. The best part? Pouch Buddies pairs you with real people for support, not some lame anonymous forum. You’re in it together, holding each other accountable. Add in its sleek design, custom quit plans, and gamified progress, and suddenly every other app looks like amateur hour. Yes, there’s a premium version, but even the free features blow the competition out of the water. If you’re serious about quitting, don’t waste your time on half-baked apps. Pouch Buddies is the only one that delivers. The rest? Trash.
