I was quite surprised to see complaints being acted upon under 2 days. Although better work could be done, the patchwork looks very mediocre and looks like it would need fixes again after monsoon rains. Nevertheless, props to BMC for acknowledging and acting upon registered complaints promptly.
Quick way to lodge pothole complaints. Action also taken by contractor is quick. The automatic latitude longitude grabbing feature is really handy to share where the pothole is. Should provide follow-ups on reopened tickets. And also should allow to put multiple photos
