Poply: Party Invitation Maker

Loved it! It was one of the first options when I did a general search in the App Store. The first thing that caught my attention were how beautiful they were! I didn’t have to compromise style for the convenience. Unfortunately I had waited too long to order my desired paper invitations online so Poply took so much stress off of me :) it was easy to use, easy to see which guests were or were not coming. Highly recommend and more than likely will use again.

Poply worked amazingly well for my Wife’s Surprise Birthday party. I especially appreciated the messaging feature where I could send messages depending on who had RSVP’d, who was attending, and who had not replied. One issue I did have, and this was a special case, my invitation was set for 11am-2pm but the invite that people had received said 12pm-3pm. We do reside in Arizona and the event fell of November 7th, Daylight Savings time, which Arizona does not follow. This might be the cause of the issue. Luckily the time difference was pointed out by a guest and I was able to adjust the time and fix the issue. Other than that, the app worked great and when I relayed the issue to the apps developers, they started working on a fix straight away.

I have never wrote a review! But i have to because I’m so annoyed about the situation. So I dl this app specifically for my friend’s baby shower that I am hosting. Virtual and none virtual!!! I have added all of people and half of the name is not showing up. It’s weird that you can’t just input names on your own without having to invite personally. I shared the link to the invitation to people and they confirm. But their name is not showing up on the “attending part” or anywhere at all. It seems like if I add them to the contact right when I first make the invitation it will show. But then again it’s annoying when I just want to put their names on there as I go. But nope nothing!! Even me just copying the link and share it with friends. They press confirm but their name is not on the list - only on the notification. 😒I just want a head count dammit! Please correct this! Paying for the premium and not satisfied at all. Pretty much a waste of money. I just want to know the head count. Unfortunately this app is not doing the one thing I really need it to do.
