This app must have been designed by committee and group think. Tried to report a the the app says the location ( inside the UK ) is actually outside the jurisdiction. An APP should record automatically the phone location and allow changes to be made easily by the user . Reporting should be to write a quick note upload a picture if possible and instead the app tells you to report the incident via 999 101 or a link to a website. Who got paid good money to dream this rubbish app up. It’s not a useful app it’s simply a notification of where else to look to report something. Time wasted especially when reporting ASB. Far better could be something interactive and uploading the information as a ICON on a dashboard in a call centre for officers to triage. Especially none 999 information . This app is a miss completely.

Used this recently as an alternative to phoning 101 as it’s hard to get an answer. You can report most issues via an online form under ‘another incident’ which is great. I therefore recommend using this app.

Sign into this app as it has been advertised by local force, West Mercia. Info about local police team out of date. One of the officers mentioned as being part of the team was subject to discipline hearing about one year ago and has been barred from serving in the police. Another team member has also left the force. Have contacted several members of West Mercia and pointed this out, but nothing done. Just checked, only one review showing although it shows 9 have been submitted.
